What This Product Does

The CSV‑1381 is an HDMI™ 2.1a switch that allows up to three HDMI™ source devices to be connected to one HDMI™ display.

It is designed to easily switch between:

  • Game consoles
  • PCs or laptops
  • Media players

The selected input is sent to a single high‑resolution display supporting up to 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz.

Only one HDMI™ input is active at a time.


 

Important Functionality Notice

The CSV‑1381 is a switch, not a splitter and not a converter.

  • It selects one of multiple HDMI™ inputs and sends it to a single HDMI™ output
  • It does not duplicate signals to multiple displays
  • It does not scale, convert, or modify video signals

The output signal exactly matches the resolution, refresh rate, and format of the selected input.

Cable Length Recommendation

For reliable operation at high resolutions:

  • Maximum recommended HDMI™ cable length per input: 2 m / 6.56 ft
  • Maximum recommended HDMI™ cable length for output: 2 m / 6.56 ft

Using high‑quality, certified HDMI™ 2.1 cables is strongly recommended for 8K and high‑refresh‑rate signals.

Switching Methods

The active HDMI™ input can be selected using:

  • The Select button on the front of the unit
  • The IR remote control
  • Forward/backward selection using the remote

The active input is indicated by the illuminated LED on the front panel.

Connection Instructions

  1. Remove the protective insulation from the remote‑control battery.
  2. Connect the HDMI™ display to the connector marked Output.
  3. Connect up to three HDMI™ source devices to the HDMI™ input ports.
  4. Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC power input.
  5. Power on the display and source devices.
  6. Select the desired input using the front button or the remote control.

Power Requirement

  • External power is required for normal operation
  • The switch will not function correctly without the supplied power adapter

System Compatibility Notes

  • Compatible with all HDMI™ source devices supporting HDMI™ 2.1 or earlier versions
  • Operating system independence: works with Windows, macOS, consoles, and standalone devices
  • Actual performance depends on the source device and display capabilities
